Our Semaglutide Weight Loss Program utilizes Semaglutide, a GLP-1 receptor agonist, to support you in your weight loss journey.

How does your program work?

We'd like to be your go-to weight loss service and that's why we made sure that working with us a breeze:

  1. Begin by placing your order on this website for one of our Weight Loss programs.
  2. After paying for the first month, you’ll complete a single medical questionnaire about your health history and weight loss goals. A board-certified clinician will review your responses and connect with you via our telemedicine chat.
  3. Once your clinician approves your participation in the program, you will be notified, and your medication will be shipped directly to your home.
  4. We will check in with you to ensure you’re maximizing the benefits of our program and your medication. You also have the option to securely message your provider with any questions or connect with an in-house nutrition and functional medicine coach.

What is the shipping policy?

All prescriptions are processed and dispatched from our accredited partner pharmacies in the United States. We may choose a specific pharmacy that provides a specific formulation for your specific needs. Your medication will be packaged in a small box with ice packs and is expected to arrive within 5-7 days after your prescription is issued. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information. Please monitor your package's tracking status so you can refrigerate the medication as soon as it arrives. What happens if I am not a good candidate for your programs?

If your provider decides that you are not a good candidate for a program, you will be refunded the amount you initially paid at the sign up minus a $22.00 medical processing fee.

What if I need a higher dose?

If you feel the current dose needs to be adjusted, please inform your provider during your monthly check-in. Our standard plans do not include any price increases when you adjust your dosage each month. However, please be advised that there are maximum safe doses that can be prescribed.

What if I need to cancel?

You are able to cancel at anytime.

Just be sure to send us an email at YourRxPros@gmail.com and include the CANCEL on the subject line and your order ID, and our customer service agent will confirm the cancellation of your program.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

After enrolling in the program, you have the flexibility to cancel at any time. The program operates on a monthly billing cycle, so as long as you cancel before your next renewal date, you won’t incur charges for the following month. If you are determined to be a non-candidate for a specific weight loss treatment, you will receive a refund, minus a $22.00 medical processing fee. Please be aware that once your medication has been shipped from the pharmacy, it cannot be returned.

Are Semaglutide and Tirzepatide prescription medications?

Correct. All weight loss medications are only available by prescription through a trained and licensed medical professional.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance at this time.
